Market Street Analytics is led by Anthony James who has been providing real estate advisory services since 2014. Prior to founding Market Street Analytics, Anthony worked for a Bay Area commercial developer and investment manager where he covered all aspects of acquisitions, project monument and asset management. Prior to join the Bay Area developer, Anthony worked within acquisitions and asset management for one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds and for a global private equity firm in New York. Anthony holds a M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University and a B.A. from Syracuse University.
